For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Charabanc Fragrances covers all reasonable return shipping costs, including international return postage where applicable. We will arrange a prepaid return label, collection, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping expenses when a return is necessary. Customers will not bear return shipping costs arising from our errors or product defects.

For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
