  • Ready-to-Ship Creations: Orders are typically prepared and packaged with the utmost care within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Bespoke / Made-to-Order Pieces: For creations marked Made to Order, please allow up to 12 business days for our master artisans to thoughtfully craft your piece.

  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order creations, your complete selection will be dispatched together in a single, elegant delivery once every piece is ready.
