Our 30-Day Return Courtesy

We invite you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your piece.

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. Should a piece not fully capture your heart, it remains eligible for return provided it is carefully preserved in excellent condition—showing only minimal, gentle signs of use—complete with all original packaging, tags, and accompanied by your proof of purchase or receipt.

How to Initiate Your Return

To begin the return process, please reach out to our Client Care team at highlyfly@gmail.com.

Once your request is graciously accepted, we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to safely dispatch your package to us.

Bespoke Care & Immediate Assistance

Upon receiving your delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect your creation. Should you discover any imperfection, damage, or if an incorrect piece was sent, please contact us immediately at highlyfly@gmail.com. We will swiftly address the matter to ensure complete perfection.

Exclusions & Special Orders

To preserve the highest standards of safety and exclusivity, certain creations cannot be returned:

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Tailored creations, special orders, and bespoke items.

  • Perishable & Personal Goods: Fresh items, flowers, plants, and personal care or beauty products.

  • Regulated Materials: Hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Final Sale & Gift Cards: Items acquired on sale or purchased via gift card.

If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your specific creation, our Client Care team remains entirely at your disposal.

Exchanges

The most seamless way to secure a new creation is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you are warmly invited to place a separate order for your newly chosen piece.

European Union Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For deliveries made within the European Union, you enjoy the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in its original, unworn condition, complete with packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned piece, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at highlyfly@gmail.com so we may assist you immediately.
