Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your Charabanc Fragrances purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition and include all original packaging and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Lightly used items with minimal signs of use are eligible for return. Items that are damaged, heavily used, or missing parts or accessories may not be accepted.

Our team will provide the necessary return instructions and assistance to ensure your return is handled smoothly. Please do not ship any items before receiving return instructions.
Please do not send returns without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at highlyfly@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can evaluate it and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Items specifically marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original eligible item and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory exceptions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
